Brilliant service from start to finish. I first made contact online to order a new pond window. The guy I dealt with throughout the process was friendly knowledgeable and very polite. The whole process only took about 13 days from order to delivery. And the final cherry on top was the guy who delivered the window was also helpful kept us up to speed with the delivery and on time. All round 10/10 things the 4th pond window I have bought over the years and was by far the easiest and quickest so far. I would highly recommend fusion glass for all your needs. I will be going back soon for some jump guards.

Prices are UNBEATABLE!! I shopped around when trying to find our pond glass, with the mm depth it had to be due to the size of our pond, I was quoted 4 figures everywhere. Was beginning to look like an unaffordable prodject we had started due to not looking into things prior to starting the process, untill I rolled across these on a koi Facebook group!! 648, I snatched the offer up!! That included delivery.

Gareth the man who was dealing with me was more than patient, every question/worry I had was put at ease by him instantly, told me his personal experiences and gave me advice I needed, as I genuinely had no clue and everything I was told turned out correct. (Shouldnt have thought anything other really with it being his line of work, but thats the kind of person I am - a flapper)

I will recommend them to every person that asks me personally and I do still name them on the Facebook groups as were just a basic working family who dreamed of a large pond to watch and these helped make the dream become a reality!!

It is not often I write a review however this business is exceptional. Having never put glass jump guards on a pond I needed all the advice before purchasing. I found them through a recommendation on Facebook and can honestly say from the very first engagement through to delivery they are 100%. I installed it myself and given the quality of the fittings this was far easier than I anticipated. I truly highly recommend them.

Fusion Glass have been great for a first time DIY balustrade fitter, Gareth held my hand through the process and worked out the glass sizes. A real plus for me is that you ordered the glass after fitting the balustrade posts I had all sorts of issues because of the surface they were going onto, but once the posts were fitted I measured up ordered and the glass which was delivered within four days I had a scratch on one panel and Gareth ordered me a new one straight away great communication fantastic product. I have purchased two 2mx600mm pond viewing windows. The whole process was hassle free. Gareth from fusion glad was on hand for advice and kept me informed and updated at all times. I recently received a Frameless Glass Balustrade from Gareth at Fusion Glass, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish. After receiving and fitting the Base Channel, I confirmed the sizes for the Laminated Glass Panels. The glass was delivered to my home in Pontefract faster than expected, and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished results.
