Services
Garden Design
Our garden design service creates tailored outdoor spaces combining aesthetics and functionality. We collaborate with Cumbrian designers to develop plans that address site-specific challenges while reflecting client preferences. Using advanced surveying techniques, we produce accurate virtual maps to guide the design process. Clients receive detailed proposals incorporating hard landscaping elements, planting schemes, and water features.
Hard Landscaping
Specialising in transforming challenging terrain, our hard landscaping includes patios, retaining walls, and pathways. We work with natural stone, corten steel, and timber to create durable structures. Projects often involve drainage solutions for wet soils and access improvements for difficult sites. Our team ensures precise installation of features like steps, terraces, and garden buildings across Cumbria's varied landscapes.
Planting Schemes
We develop custom planting plans that enhance biodiversity and seasonal interest. Services include installing trees, shrubs, and wildflower meadows suited to local conditions. Our approach considers soil improvement, wildlife attraction, and low-maintenance requirements. Clients may opt for full implementation or guidance on establishing their own plantings through independently sourced materials.
Green Roofs
Our green roof installations provide insulation, rainwater management, and wildlife habitats. We use drought-resistant sedums and native wildflowers adapted to Cumbria's climate. Systems are designed to extend roof lifespans while blending structures into natural surroundings. Projects include both new installations and retrofits for residential and commercial buildings across the Lake District.
Wildlife Gardens
Creating habitats that support local biodiversity forms a core service. We incorporate features like ponds, log piles, and native plantings to attract pollinators and birds. Designs balance ecological benefits with aesthetic appeal, often transforming previously underused spaces into thriving ecosystems that complement Cumbria's natural environment.
