Services
Tree Surgery
Our tree surgery services include crown reduction, hedge cutting, and stump grinding using industry-standard techniques. We assess each tree's health and growth patterns to recommend optimal pruning methods that maintain structural integrity while meeting client needs. With City & Guilds qualified arborists and specialist equipment like our New Holland mini-digger, we handle projects from small domestic gardens to large commercial sites. All waste material is removed unless clients prefer to retain woodchip for garden use.
Landscaping
We create functional outdoor spaces through comprehensive landscaping solutions including paving, decking, fencing, and turfing. Our team uses modern machinery to efficiently execute projects while maintaining minimal disruption to existing gardens. From initial design consultation to final planting, we focus on creating balanced, aesthetically pleasing environments that complement property architecture and client lifestyles, with ongoing maintenance options available.
Stump Grinding
Our stump grinding service permanently removes unsightly tree stumps using specialist machinery. We can grind stumps below soil level for complete removal or leave them for potential regrowth through coppicing techniques. The service includes thorough site clearance of all woodchips, with options to retain material for garden mulch. This process prevents trip hazards while maintaining garden aesthetics.
Hedge Maintenance
We offer both one-off hedge reductions and annual maintenance contracts for commercial and residential properties. Using precision techniques, we shape hedges to enhance light penetration while maintaining natural growth patterns. Our service includes waste removal and can be combined with tree surgery for comprehensive garden management, ensuring year-round tidiness and plant health.
Firewood Supply
We supply locally-sourced, seasoned firewood delivered directly to customers' properties. Our service includes cutting logs to specified lengths for specific burners, with delivery available across Manningtree, Tendring, and Colchester areas. The firewood comes from sustainably-managed woodland projects, combining practical fuel provision with responsible forest management practices.
