Forthcoming Group provides property improvement services for homeowners throughout Sunderland and the wider North East. We specialise in roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork, with our wider team also bringing experience in surveying and joinery. The company was founded by Ryan Forth and two school friends, combining their knowledge across these trades under one business. Although Forthcoming Group began officially in 2022, our team has accumulated decades of practical trade experience. More than 500 projects have been completed across the North East, covering requirements such as urgent roof repairs, roof replacements, new driveways, patios, garden makeovers, fencing, repointing and brickwork improvements. This breadth of experience informs the way we approach every project, with emphasis placed on clear explanations, dependable communication and appropriate preparation.

Our process starts by surveying the property and establishing exactly what the work requires. We then discuss the available options and provide advice based on the property itself, helping customers understand the most suitable route before work starts. As a multi-trade company, we can manage individual services or projects involving several areas of a property, including roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork. Coordinating these trades within one business helps us maintain control over planning, communication and the finished work. We also recognise the importance of preparation beneath the visible surface, whether a project concerns a roof, driveway, garden or brickwork. Following completion, we explain the work undertaken, any recommended maintenance and the relevant guarantee details. We operate across Sunderland, Newcastle, Gosforth, Darras Hall, Whitley Bay, North and South Tyneside, Durham, Northumberland and surrounding locations.
