Scot, who delivered the bulk bag of wood chip, is friendly, helpful, and professional. Its not a straight forward delivery, but Scot is very careful and accurate.

People will often post a negative review, but rarely a positive one - I hope this becomes the exception to the rule!
From an easy to navigate website, through to polite and helpful staff (yes, real humans on the telephone!) I received my bark chippings when promised, at a great price and with a smile from Ross the delivery driver, who also went above and beyond, backing his lorry down a track off a main road to negate the need for multiple wheelbarrow trips!
These guys start to finish have been nothing but professional and helpful..... And before you ask, I know none of them personally and have never dealt with them before!
Anyone who is either a personal gardener, doing a spot of landscaping, or a professional landscaper would do well to see how these guys compare.

I ordered premium topsoil which was delivered on time and the soil looks brilliant. I was most impressed by Ross C who delivered the soil. He kindly obliged my request for the item to be lifted over the hedge to my inner garden - thank you so much Ross.

We just received an order today from Heritage Products, and I can't say enough about how good the service has been from beginning to end. We had the pleasure of having Ross deliver our compost and items. He was such a lovely guy with a wonderful energy. He was so positive even though getting to our location is a pain with very narrow roads. Ross shared with us what how the company make compost and help farmers. It was really insightful. It really was an absolute pleasure to meet Ross. I hope to see him again, as we will absolutely be ordering more products from Heritage Products.

It feels quite rare these days to receive such phenomenal service, but it's been a delight to know that companies still offer high-quality products and service.

Fantastic service the young lady who took my order was so helpful. Although the next delivery date was a week away which was not ideal. She promised to phone me back which she promptly did and has managed to squeeze me in for tomorrow. What excellent customer service. Will definitely use again.

Ordered 3 load bags of compost plus 2 topsoil. Delivery man was very polite and helpful and managed to hoist the bags over the side of a hedge, off our drive. The compost and topsoil both good quality - really happy and will use again.

Delighted with the 2 big bags of mulch - usual excellent quality - and a special mention for Ross the driver who made an excellent job of maneuvering his truck into a place where he could deliver the bags precisely to the required location.

The only wood I will buy . I have had three loads now and I can honestly say it is the best dry kilned wood for your wood burning stove . The heat it throws out is amazing. I would never use another log company than Heritage! In time of desperation I had to but Heritage's quality of wood, service and value for money surpass everyone. You get the personal touch too which many others don't provide. I thoroughly recommend Heritage and, if you use others, don't say I didn't warn you!

I decided to use a better quality of logs to burn in my log burner this year so contacted Heritage Products and spoke to James in their office who was extremely helpful, explaining the advantages of burning kiln dried logs over standard hardwood. The delivery was made on time, without fuss and put in a convenient place for me to stack in the log store. Already I have noticed a big difference with wood burning more evenly and for longer without any noticable smoke which keeps the glass on the burner much clearer. We'll done to Heritage Products and thanks again to James for his help and knowledgeable information helping me make the right choice.

I am so impressed with the guys at Heritage Products. They were so friendly and accomodating with the sale and delivery of our logs. Living on a busy village High Street, the delightful delivery driver made a special early (7 am) drop off. The company is so professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend these guys.

Olus kindly donated a builders bag of topsoil to fill new raised beds for a gentleman who has suffered a recent life changing injury. His garden has been made wheelchair friendly and now has new borders filled with lovely topsoil to grow lots of plants and bulbs.

Quality products supplied - soil and turf. Clear website assists in making choice of their soil products and speedy answer when I EMailed Heritage for advice. Initial order for soil was delivered and placed in exact place requested in front garden by delivery driver. Turf was delivered two weeks later. Both delivery drivers could not have been more helpful and would always try to meet your requirements subject to access.

I have been using Heritage Products for a while now and I cant fault them at all James and Scott are both very friendly and helpful and will answer any questions with a speedy response. I have always had good quality products as shown in picture of turf that I have recently ordered and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I use the 10mm compost. Its a brilliant weed suppressant, over time it will helps break down the clay so the soil is more manageable. It help retain moisture so less watering. Cover all your beds with this early spring and you will not regret it.

First time I've used Heritage Products, having looked at their website. Ordered a 1m bag of compost, which is excellent quality. Experience throughout was excellent from placing order to delivery, which took about 4 weeks. Arrived sooner than expected & driver took time to place the bag as close as possible to where I wanted. I'd definitely place another order sometime.
