The initial consultation to discuss your ideas is arranged with one of our designers and any budget requirements you are working toWe can then advise any related charges for your design.
A 75% design fee is payable, with 25% payable upon completion. The design charge includes the initial consultation, 1st draft, amends and finalised design. We can offer a no obligation quotation for the construction of the work following the design being finalised.

We are able to take payment via internet BACS transfer, cheque (payable to David Greaves Ltd) or direct bank payment with your bank, all details are on our acceptance form when you receive your quotation.
