What delivery options are available?
We offer free UK mainland delivery with DPD overnight service. European deliveries take 2-5 working days. Saturday delivery available for additional charge in mainland UK.
Can I personalise my gift?
Yes! Add engraved slate, wooden plaques, or handwritten messages. We offer in-house personalisation options during checkout for most gift crates.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
All our packaging uses reusable, recyclable, or compostable materials. Wooden crates can be repurposed as planters or storage solutions, and we use biodegradable woodwool.
What happens if no one is home for delivery?
DPD will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If unsuccessful, they'll leave a card to arrange redelivery or collect from your local depot.

What if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We'll assess the issue and provide replacements or refunds for damaged plants under our guarantee.
